how do i go about divorcing my husband, who is currently in prison? can i get my divorce for free under such circumstances?

There is no way to get a divorce for free. If you can get him to sign papers, and are wiling to help with legwork, you can hold down the costs significantly. Call me for details, as your posts lacks enough information to fully answer you.
