Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Divorce Documents

I have a question about divorce paperwork. On the Verification for Both Parties AND Income Deduction Order for Petitioner to Pay FOR EXAMPLE, I was wondering if the ''Petitioner'' and ''Respondent'' were written in pen on a line or are they typed in by the attorney without a line.

I am fabricating legal documents for a film I am working on and only can find a template--need to know what the documents would really look like. I know, for example, that the Martial Settlement Agreement would indeed, be typed with both parties info, but can you clarify if their names or ''Respondent'' would be in bold?

Thanks

Re: Divorce Documents

It's impossible to give you accurate legal advice without reviewing the documents you are working on. Consult with a local attorney.
