divorce entitlement

After a temporary hiering and the wife recieving costody of our two children,she has moved to another state. Now she is trying to ruin me financially. My question is two fold, What rights do I have as far as how will it be possible for visitation, is my wife entitled to retirement benefits after 9 yrs. of marraige?

wife may move but some courts won't like it. wife would be entitled to 50% (equitablre division) of retirment benefits accumukated during marriage.. have your benefits "vested". You are entitled to longer periods of visitation less often for out of state kids. also take into account expense of visits in setting child support. i hope you have an attorney and he should have told you these things.
