There are no special rules for a divorce when someone is in prison. The fastest and cheapest way to get a divorce is if he will sign an acknowledgment, consent to try and settlement agreement.
Otherwise you will have to serve him and get a potentially contested divorce.
As in any divorce, things will go better if you get a lawyer. If he's willing to sign that will be quite inexpensive.
