Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Divorce
If a female commits adultery and it is proven/admitted as reason she left her spouse, is she eligible for alimony from the spouse? If the spouse is on disability (SSI), is she entitled to part of this or not? Can the disability pay be forced to pay alimony?

Re: Divorce
Proven adultery that caused the marital breakup is a defense to an alimony claim (but it is often next to impossible to prove in court). The rest of your question lacks sufficient details to answer.
