If I filed for a divorce and 2 weeks later I went back to my husband and I have left again, do I have to start over with divorce proceedings. He was never served papers before I went back to him.

If you slept with him, yes you definitely have to start over. If not, you have a complicated issue that must be discussed with your lawyer.
