Divorce Filings

We were married in Tennesee so we would not be required to have a blood test. We resided in Georgia for the year we were married. What county in which state do I file the Divorce with Georgia or Tennesee?

Divorces are not filed where you were married, nor where you lived as a couple now. A divorce would be filed where your spouse lives, and also, in some cases, can be filed where you live, with his consent, or if you are in different states.
