Divorce Granted based on incorrect info can I overturn it?
I became aware in July that my wife was granted a divorce based upon incorrect information supplied to court. She supplied them with the incorrect legal date of marraige of 6/1/2001 however we were legally married 9/5/2001. I was not aware of the proceedings as her attorney keep it hidden and did a notice by advertisement to ensure that I was unaware of proceedings. She left me with considerable debt and basically took off. Can I have the divorce overturned based upon the divorce being granted on incorrect information?

I doubt a court would give you any relief just because the date of separation was wrong. As to the rest of it, consult with a local attorney.
