Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

How soon can a divorce be granted if there are no children and all property has been divided? H and W have signed papers.

For anyone to answer you we'd need to know:

(1) What county is it in? Some counties have hearings. Some do not. Some are faster than others.

(2) Did both parties sign a 30 day consent to try?

(3) What sort of property? In some counties judges require affidavits and review those.
