Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am going through a divorce. The home was purchased by me and my father-n-law. I am the first signer and he is second. My wife is not on any of those documents. Together my father-n-law are both owners in this home and there was a surviorship deed sign between us at closing. What are my right to my home?

You have the same "rights" as any other co-owner of property, unless altered in your case.
