divorce, housing question

Was wondering if I would owe my wife anything from the selling of my home I we were to seperate ? Her name is NOT on the title, is NOT on the loan/mortgage and she doesn't make the loan payment. Thanks

A home in Georgia is subject to equitable division if acquired during the marriage regardless of the title and loan.
