Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband agreed to a divorce once the papers were ready he refused to sign the papers. We have been separated since January, we have two kids, and he has not paid any child support. Can I get a divorce without him signing, and can I get child support started ASAP? I do not have the money for a contested divorce as I a full time student, and I only work part time as a Surgical Technician. Please help I am struggling paying day care. And to top it off he has moved to Florida, and as of to date I have no address. Please help. When he left he was unemployed and receiving uneployment.
