Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I'm getting a divorce. My husband never changed all the bank info and I still get the bank statements to my email. The section about the income on the divorce papers that he filled out is all false according to the bank statements. For example he said there was $300.00 in his account the day he filed but really there was $2,500. There are a lot of false statements like this through the paper work. Is it legal for me to know this? Can I bring this to court? We went to mediation and came to an agreement. I just got a certified letter saying he recants.

You need to bring all this up with your lawyer, who likely will find it useful. If you do not have a lawyer, you have made an expensive mistake and need one immediately.
It is not clear if you are still on the account or not. Since your husband recanted the agreement, I assume he did not have an attorney or the agreement would have been binding at the time of mediation. You definitely need to seek legal counsel. An attorney can advise you as to discovery issues.
