how do i go about getting a divorce because my husband cheated onme and aslo get full custody and child support? and how do i sue for Alienatio of Affection against the mistress?

First of all, Georgia law bars alienation of affection suits,.so the answer to that is you cannot do it.

Your first step is to get a lawyer who will also tell you that the cheating generally has nothing to do with child support, and usually has nothing to do with custody.

Armed with that information, your lawyer can help you seek a divorce and address the other issues in a divorce case, including ones you did not mention.
