My husband went outside of the marriage, we are still living together sharing the same bed [no sex or affection] august 28 will make 21 years of marriage, in 2006 we decided to separate, [not legally]. We have come up with a decision, 1. The house, I will continue to live in the house until I am ready to move out in this case he will get a portion of the sale. 2. He states he will place 80.00 every 2 weeks in a checking account [allotment from this pay check. 3. My concern is also this, what if he remarry then where does not leave me -with the property, will the new wife be able to claim it as part hers? How can I protect myself I do not want this to haunt me. I am not ready to sell the house the market is bad, the house needs fixing, I refuse to sell this house for less than it is worth, please assist me .. I advised my husband I am not signing any doc, until I get all our agreement in writing [legal], I also will only sigh when he moves out, and I will sign in September no earlier

Re: Divorce

You need to stop doing this yourself, which is disaster waiting to happen, and retain a lawyer to actually protect your interests. Do not sign anything without counsel.
