Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Dont want the divorce

My husband of 11 years is currently deployed to Iraq, out of the nowhere he told me per instant messenger that he no longer loves me and wants a divorce. I think it is the war talking to him but he has already contacted an Attorney by phone. My question is, is there a law that can make him go to marriage counseling before this is final we also have 4 year old little girl. He will not go to counseling out of free will.

You cannot make someone get counseling. You should see a lawyer to protect yourself and your child.
