Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want a divorce from my husband.

The house is in my name only and I made the majority of the house payment at the time that he did not have a job.The house did belong to his parent. I want him to leave, as we do have a 15 years old daughter living at home attending High school. I am also unemployed due to laid-off and claiming UI benfits at this time as I cannot afford to move to another place. He claimed social secirity disability as he can afford to move to a place of his own.My question can I make or tell him to leave?

You can't make him go. It will be up to a judge who moves (it could be you or him or both).

There's nothing you can do unless and until you get a court order. These are usually done in conjunction with a divorce, whether or not you actually go through with the divorce. Consult with a local attorney.
