Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want a divorce but have no income to file for one.Living in the same house has become unbearable. The only way to leave is to go out of state. Can I do that with our daughter? He says no but I really don't have a choice. He as closed all the accounts so I have no money and need to stay with family.

You should make no decisions until you review your rights and options with a lawyer. A consultation with your local bar referral service would cost $35 or less.

If your family is willing to have you stay with them, try to get them to help you with legal fees as you need a lawyer.
