Is a divorce legal if there is not mention of the children in the divorce agreement?

To get a divorce where you have children and have no mention of children in it, one or both parties committed perjury and can go tp jail. The judge could also set aside the decree. You need a good criminal and a good divorce lawyer if that is what happened.
