DIvorce or legal seperation

I need to know does Georgia honour legal seperation and will I be able to obtain child support and possibly alimony.

There is no such thing as legal separation in Georgia.

Georgia does have an infrequently used procedure called separate maintenance that can be used for support or alimony absent divorce but it has many downsides.

There are often other vehicles to seek support. See a lawyer.
