Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

divorce

im divorce now but she lives in our house on my family land ..Divorce papers say she has to move out but it states she has as long as nesasary..It took her to magistrat court the judge just laugh at me and said she has until nessasary. How can i get her out...I have 2 kids also with her..I know it sounds bad but as long as she is living there it feels like our divorce is not over.

You cannot alter a divorce property settlement once it is final. The questions you are asking now are ones that you should have asked your lawyer at the time you were in your divorce case. And since none of us have read your paperwork, that is the only person who can answer you now. Ask him.

You need to talk to a local lawyer about a Petition to Modify the decree to make the time frame more specific.
