we were married first time oct. 2000 then remarried march 2007 first settlement i got 1000.00 dollars and he paid off my 1995 explorer should I divorce this time and walk away with nothing? He has been living with me since april 2006 in projects i rented then we moved to another place i rent promblem is he owns home and property and i am disabled nad live in worst part of town
