Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i have been married for six years and we have no children together. my husband had a wreck in april, just a bump in from another vehicle. i have been with him taking care of him and trying to get a new business off the ground also. he contract works with airplanes. in two years he probably has worked maybe seven months out of 24 months. i have worked and paid all the bills. he has put most of his money in savings and investments for himself. now he says, since he is getting better that when he gets his settlement he will have enough money to live nice on.
he said he don't owe me anything and he will being leaving as soon as he can settle. during his hospital stay i also found out that he had been seeing someone else. he said it was all one sided that it was her and not him. what is my options?

One-sided? Not likely. You need to contact a local divorce attorney ASAP to see what can be done to put a "stay" on all assets.
