Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Married 13 years. Live on family farm in a house paid for. Will he owe me any money to start a new home. Also he bought 68 acres pays a individual for it but has it in a trust do I get any of it? He has a goverment job, cows on the 68 but says they are his parents. Thank you

There is no schedule or formula for determining alimony and/or division of property as there is for child support. You may well be entitled to one and/or the other, but it will depend on many factors too numerous to discuss here. Consult with a local attorney.
