how to divorce mentally ill spouse with 4 children 2 are minors and he will not give me an address to send them to they say i need to ammend divorce papers and i dont have a clue in savannah ga

Your first step is that you need a lawyer. A mentally ill person may lack the legal competence to sign papers or negotiate an agreement and you may have to deal with a guardian. This is absolutely NOT a do it yourself project so do NOT attempt to file pro se.
