Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

When I got a divorce 8 months ago my ex-husband paid me $11,000 out of his retirement. Now he is asking for $1,458 for taxes on the retirement. No where in my divorce decree does it say I owe him taxes on that money. Could you please tell me what this paragraph means in my divorce decree ?

The parties agree that the husband has retirement accounts with Total Systems TSYS, Edward Jones, and AXA Equitable which shall be cashed out and divided equally between the parties after payment of taxes and penalties.

What should I do ?

You say it doesn't say anything about taxes but then you quote language that says you do pay taxes. You should discuss this with your lawyer as the remaining language in your QDRO probably affects the answer too.
