Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

divorce papers

I have a rather controlling ex-husband and while I thought I understood our divorce papers from two years ago that I signed, maybe I don't. he's saying I can't have anyone that's not related by blood or marriage spend the night in my home without his permission.

My divorce papers read:

Neither party shall have (or be) an overnight guest whom is not related by blood or marriage and with whom that party is involved in a romantic or amorous relationship with.

Can you please break that down for me b/c I thought it just meant that I can't have a boyfriend spend the night?

However, contractual language is read in the context of the whole agreement, which no one here has. You should have a lawyer (perhaps your lawyer in the case) review and explain the provisions.
