Divorce Question

I have custody of my kids.I got it when I filed for a restraining order when I lived in California.I now live in Georgia,Do I file For a contested or uncontested divorce.

A divorce is not uncontested unless both parties agree on all the terms. Since the divorce can again change custody, it is vital that you retain a lawyer.
