Divorce and Residency

My wife left me and has been gone for two months. She took more than 90% of everything in the house. Including things i had before we got married. Pretty much cleaned me out. She keeps saying she is coming back , but I dont want her to come back. Can she just walk in and out after she has been gone for so long? And if so what can i do to stop her? She will not sign divorce papers even though I am willing to give her everything. She does not want the house!

You don't have to wait around for her to sign anything. Get an attorney, file for divorce and request a temporary hearing ASAP in order to ask the court to enter an order about these matters.

Until you retain a lawyer and start a divorce, you won't be able to resolve such issues.
