Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My sister is filing for a divorce next week. She has 2 children ages 2 and 5. She currently lives in Georgia but would like to move to Florida right after she files, to enroll her children in school down here. Can she legally move out of state with her children before she is actually divorced?

Probably not withouut permission/agreement -- she should ask a Georgia attorney. If she isn't using an attorney in her divorce, maybe the clerk will help her with this.
