Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

divorce

My spouse first agreed to sign divorce papers and then came to court and filled an appeal. We both are not using attorneys b/c we have no children/assests.

The judge gave 90 day delay. I need to know what I need to do now to get the divorce to be granted.

This is what happens when non-lawyers try to represent themselves. You should retain local counsel to see how to set this ship aright.

Re: divorce

At this point you should do what you should have done at the beginning and hire experienced counsel. (The fact you said he wouldn't sign papers and filed an appeal tells me you are in way over your head, as there is no appeal in a divorce until AFTER it is final, so since you don't know what is happening, you certainly are not in a position to be your own lawyer).
