Can I divorce my spouse if they will not sign divorce papers? We have been leagally seperated for over 2 years.

First of all there is no such thing in Georgia as a legal separation, so you can't be legally separated unless that happened in another state.

If he won't sign, yes you can get a divorce but it will be contested and your legal fees will be far higher than in an uncontested case.
