Stay at home mother of three -- 10 yrs. 29 months, 10 months. Spouses are no longer able to coexist amicably in the household. I have no income since it was decided that staying home would decrease childcare costs. What are my rights financially, regarding custody of all the children, and the current dwelling. What are the steps towards separation and divorce. How do i find an attorney to represent me for free?

You definitely need a lawyer. The cost wiull not be enormous if you can agree on things, but can be very large if you don't.

In some cases Atlanta Legal Aid or Georgia Legal Services may assist you for free or at a reduced fee. Otherwise you will need to pay an attorney.
