I hope your problem has not caused you a lot of anxiety, especially when you're deployed. Being a Military personnel, on-line divorce may not be comprehensive enough to protect your interest. You did not provide enough information for me to really grasp your circumstance. I'm not sure the reasons the other two attorneys are incapable of assisting you, but if you are only asking an attorney to draft your Complaint, etc. for a certain amount of fees; then you file the documents yourself, etc., you may be experiencing problems most lay people do in those cases. Your deployment and unknown whereabouts of your wife may be a bit problematic, but you need to begin with hiring a competent attorney to do your case for you. Most competent attorneys are not cheap, but if you're not getting anywhere with a few hundred dollars to someone to draft some documents for you, it may be worth your money to hire an attorney who will work on your case while you're deployed.
