My wife and I are getting a divorce. She has a ccused me of adultry and says she is going to sue the woman that she has accused me of leaving her for. She says she can sue her for breaking up our marriage. Is this true?

In Georgia, no she can't (Georgia doesn't allow alienation of affection suits). However, adultery still may, in some cases, affect the outcome. You do need a lawyer.
