Going Through Divorce

My wife and I are getting divorced. We have a joint bank account that my pay is direct deposited into. She refuses to go to the bank with me so that one of us can be removed from the account. Now she has taken my entire pay. Is there anything I can do?

Two things:

(1) Hire a lawyer.

(2) Cancel your direct deposit and open a separate account (probably the first thing your lawyer will suggest).

The money that is already gone is probably gone.
