My wife has a quit claim on our house however the morgage is in my name. What right does this give her in the event of a divorce. There is approx. 10,000 in equity.

There is no way to answer your question without far more extensive information. Both property and debts, regardless of title, can be divided in a divorce, in some circumstances.
