Divorce, wife out of stste

How do I file for Divorce when my ex-wife live in another state. What forms do I need, what do I need to file, and she will not sign the papers.

Divorce is not a matter of "forms", especially when you lack cooperation, as you are talking a contested case at that point. Your first step is to retain a lawyer, who will prepare the needed paperwork. Call us if we can help.
