When I get divorce will my ss card be issue with my single name or do I have to apply for all my documents?
What About I citizenship, is over my marry last name, Do I apply for a new passport showing them the divorce papers?

Talk to your lawyer.
A divorce does not change your name unless you request it in the paperwork. If you do, a certified copy of the divorce decree, showing the name change, is what you need to present to every agency that has records in your married name.
