Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Divorced with two children under age 13. Was granted child support in SC. The dad lost job and had child support reduced. Dad is in SC, I am in GA with children. Dad is now filing for another reduction, in SC. He works under the table so he has no record of his earnings. Is there anyway I can prevent him from getting a reduction?
