Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am a divorced dad with two children from my previous marriage. I just had a third child with a woman I am dating. We have decided not to get married at this time and we are not living together. My ex-wife refuses to allow me to combine visitation with my previous children and new daughter. She said I have to file a modification of visitation and have it approved first or I will lose all visitation rights. Is this true? Can I have all three of my children at the same time and allow them to establish a relationship with each other or do I have to keep them seperate?

The current child custody order remains the determinative factor in this case. You do not have to keep your children separate if it's not in the order. In fact, if she challenges your actions and takes you to court to modify the order, the judge may determine that it is in the best interest of the children to maintain a relationship with their siblings. Based on the information you provided, it appears that she is just blowing hot air. However, additional information may change this response.
