Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I divorced my ex-husband in 1998 and recieved an order for child support but I have never recieved any money for either of his children over the course of 13 years. I have been unaware of his where abouts for all these years until recently. I know where he is and I also know his has remarried and is now getting social security disability. I have contacted several child support recovery agencies and have been unsuccessful thus far . What should my next move be?

If he's getting disability he likely has very little you can go after. You might get results hiring a good collection attorney, as opposed to a family law attorney, where he is, and agreeing to pay a percentage of any recovery rather than a flat or hourly fee.
