I am a divorced father of a child whom I adopted.Now her mother is forceing child support on me.What can I do considering that I am not the childs biological father?

Georgia does not distinguish between adoptive and natural children for purposes of child support. In other words, just because the kid is your adopted child doesn't mean you get out of child support. Instead of looking at child support as something the mother "forces on you", you might look at it as providing for the child that you promised to care for when you adopted him/her. You chose to adopt the child and signed papers, a binding contract that required you to raise and treat the child as your own, including support. You violuntarily agreed and swor under oath to a judge that this was your desire and you were ordered by a court to do it.
No, you cannot dumop the child off on the taxpayers (or your soon to be ex) simply because you changed your mind. The child is yours.
The mother is not forcing anything on you. You have a legal duty to support your child and be a parent.
