Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm divorced. Still own a home jointly that I live in. Receive "alimony" that is deposited in the bank that the mortgage is with so this is used to pay the mortgage. Is there any way to stop claiming this as alimony?

You have to claim it as what the decree called it unless you get a court to modify it, a risky move in which a court might end or reduce it.
