Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I divorced in 2012 leaving our house to my ex- signed a quick claim deed so he could refinance and remove my name. I find out now that he is facing foreclosure that he never refinanced and I am still on the home mortgage. His lawyer reached out to me to do paper work for a "short sale" needing MY:bank statements, tax returns, pay check stubs etc - I told him that I did not want to provide that, divorce since 2012 and Matt was to refinance to remove me SO would this not be the time for him and him only to submit that paperwork. Lawyer said no, I had to as well. My question is: Do I have to submit this information???

No, but depending on what your papers say and what the situation is, it may or may not be a good idea, also depending on your future strategy (contempt etc) and how your lawyer didn't notice the missed step in 2012. Call your lawyer and letyour lawyer respond. Do that today.
