Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Divorced a military man and my divorce papers state The wife agrees to relinquish all rights and interests of any kind she may possess in husband's retirement benefits, IF She Remarries. This divorce was in 1985 and I still have not remarried. Do I have any benefits from his retirement coming to me?
