Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was divorced in 2009 and I was ordered to pay half the marital debt. To pay this debt, I was given a credit for personal belongings left in the house and agreed to my ex not paying me military retirements benefits I was awarded for a year to pay towards these bills. During that time period, my ex filed bankruptcy, Chapter 13, and did not pay the bills with the money as ordered. The Chapter 13 was discharged and he has since amended the bankruptcy to a Chapter 7. I want to file a motion requesting the monies credited/withheld be paid to me since there was a breach. What type of motion do I file?

You will need to see a lawyer with expertise in both bankruptcy and divorce law to determine what is and is not dischargeable, and whether permission of the bankruptcy court is or is not needed to proceed in state court.
