Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am divorced and have primary custody of my 5-yera-old daughter. I would like to take her out of the country (Australia) for vacation. She already has a passport. The vacation time would include a couple of days during her father\'s regular visitation. I am willing to trade out time with him to make sure he he is not shorted on visitation time. What do I need to do in order to take her on this trip if he says no?

To be safe, you should apply to a Superior Court judge in the county where the divorce was granted for court approval. Consult with a local attorney.
