Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I am not divorced from my spouse. we have a simple will. If I die everything will go to him and if he dies before me everything will go to me>. I have 3 children from previous marriage and he has 2 children. I am 69 and he is 74. we both have medical problems. I need to change my will. what should I do?

Change your will. Not sure what else to say, other than see a local estate lawyer to draft a will and other documents you will need.
