Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I was divorced in 2013 from my wife in a non-contested divorce. We have 3 children. I pay child support as the non custodial parent. I have visitation every other weekend. Within 2 months after the divorce my exwife moved 3 hours away, by car. The provision in the agreement states that I will drive to pick them up and return them for and after visitation. This results in me not being able to afford to get them but once a month. All time for appeal has run out I believe. Is there any recourse that may allow me to change this provision?

You can fie for modification due to change in circumstances because she moved 3 hours away impacting your ability to see them more than once per month (you can file modification after the two year anniversary i.e., 2 years after your Final Decree was filed with clerk)
